Payment methods

Paying at OrangeWear is simple and secure. Here's everything you need to know about payment, currency and security.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit cards through Shopify Payments. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Currency, taxes and duties

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes and import duties. Shipping is free. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay, with no extra charges on delivery.

If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and charge a foreign transaction fee. This depends on your bank, not on us.

When you pay

Your payment is processed when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order right away.

On your statement

Your payment appears on your card statement as ORANGEWEAR.

Secure checkout

  • Our checkout is provided by Shopify and uses an encrypted connection.
  • Payments are processed in a secure payment environment that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • We never see or store your full card number.
  • To protect our customers, orders may be checked for fraud. If we need more information, we'll contact you by email.

Offers and discount codes

Automatic offers, such as "2nd pair 25% off", are applied in your cart and at checkout without a code. If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout in the discount field. Offers that can't be combined won't stack; the checkout applies the offer that gives you the best price.

If your payment is declined

  • Check that your card number, expiry date, security code and billing address are entered correctly.
  • Make sure your card has enough available credit and allows online purchases.
  • Your bank may block a payment as a security precaution. Contact your bank to approve it, then try again.
  • Still not working? Try another card or contact us.

Refunds

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your bank may need a few extra business days to show it on your statement. See our Refund Policy for details.
